Jumpstart your gymnastics adventure today! Our daytime program covers a variety of themes to introduce your group to the world of gymnastics. A sample of our program is below. Groups are welcome to participate in as many weeks of the program as desired.

Falling With Grace
The first and most important fundamental of gymnastics is landings. The focus of this lesson will be to learn how to land (and fall) properly and on purpose. Students will learn the art of falling with grace.
Just Keep Moving
Next is locomotions, with the focus on different movements: running, sprinting, tip-toe walking, and more. Students will explore several ways to just keep moving.
All About Balance
Flip Flop Day
Students will enjoy flipping and flopping around the gym, while learning the fundamentals of rotations. This lesson includes tumbling forward and backward with some of the most well-known gymnastics skills: somersaults, cartwheels, and handstands.
Have a Bouncy Day
Everyone’s favourite fundamental, springs, with the focus on jumping. Have a bouncy day by jumping up and down, on and off different surfaces, and using one or two feet.
Swing Into Adventure
This lesson focuses on swings using the bars, beam, and floor. Students will learn to swing their bodies forward, backward, and sideways.
Finding Your Feet
This lesson is landings, take two. Students will learn how to fall backwards properly and on purpose, ensuring their safety in the gym and in other activities.
All Together Now
In this lesson, we will recap everything the students have learned so far, with bigger circuits and some free time.
