Celebrate your big day at Taylar Gymnastics! With a variety of themes to choose from, our birthday parties are the perfect way to entertain a group. Parties include an hour in the gym and 45 minutes in the party room. We offer Saturday and Sunday afternoon time slots:
Includes a group warm-up, games, then time on all pieces of gymnastics equipment (vault, bars, beam, floor, Tumble Track), and more.
Let the superheroes dash to the finish line as they jump on the Tumble Track, roll down hills, climb and swing on the ropes, and race over obstacles.

We require a $50.00 deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due the day of the party by VISA, MasterCard, debit, or cash. Any additional guests above 25 are subject to a $10.00/guest charge. All prices are subject to tax
- You will have access to the party room the entire 1 hour and 45 minutes of your birthday party.
- We will provide a host during your party room time. The host is available to assist you at any time and will be responsible for the clean up of the party.
- We do not provide food. Please ensure all food and desserts you are bringing into the facility are nut-free
- Our party room is decorated for you. No tape may be placed on the walls for additional decorations (you are welcome to bring balloons).
- We do not allow the use of piñatas or confetti.
- There may be a party immediately following your own, so it is very important the party room be vacated promptly, in order for the host to have time to clean the room for our next guest. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Additional Party Details
- We will contact you a week prior to confirm the number of guests and must be provided with a final number by the Sunday before your party. If numbers change after this date, we cannot guarantee a suitable coach-to-child ratio. The final balance will reflect the number you confirm on Sunday.
- Please note that there may be classes or other events going on in the gym at the time of your party. All groups will have their own instructors and will not overlap.
- Cancellations and Transfers: A $50.00+HST non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. A minimum of 30 days notice is required to transfer your deposit to another party date. This deposit may not be transferred to any other program or event.
- Guest attire: Comfortable clothes (shorts, t-shirts, and leggings). No jeans, dresses, tights, crop tops, belts, buckles, zippers, loose strings, or jewelry.
- Any children under the age of 2 1/2 participating in the gym must be accompanied by an adult. The adult and child must stay with the group at all times. For insurance reasons, no other parents/adults are allowed in the gym during activity time.
- There is NO flash photography allowed inside the gym.
